VCU / NEN 4400-1
We are proud that .......... obtained the Safety Certificate for Temporary Employment Firms "Veiligheidschecklist Uitzendorganisaties (VCU) 2007/04" at its first attempt. The auditors of the certification agency Safex Certificatie Instelling discovered no weak points of any kind. Our company thus fulfils all safety requirements.
In the field of international temporary staffing where many "fly-by-night" providers operate, Pepkom distinguishes itself by fulfilling the highest standards – we fulfil the NEN 4400 norm. This seal of quality proves that a temporary employment company complies with all legislation and regulations in the field of personnel administration and accounting.
VCU Certification (Veiligheids Checklist Uitzend- & Detacheringsbureau's)
This certification is especially for temporary employment companies that place much importance on safety.
The checklist for the VCU covers the following areas:
Checklist "Safety and Health" for Temporary Employment Companies: Version 2007/04
1 – organisation
2 – safety and health
3 – vocational training, experience, safety training and health together with medical suitability
4 – requirements, selection, training, controls and assessment
5 – accidents with absenteeism/non-productive time
6 – company health prevention measures
NEN 4400-1
The norm NEN 4400-1 exists for companies that loan or hire out employees. Employers engaging temporary staff are now better protected from temporary employment companies that fail to fulfil their legal obligations such as confirming identity and paying income tax and social insurance contributions. In this area there is a norm for the temporary employment, industry, agriculture and meat sectors in the form of NEN 4400-1.
Companies that pass this test receive a certificate and are entered in the Central Register NEN 4400-1.
This Register can be inspected in the internet (www.normeringarbeid.nl).
