Chief Executive Officer Markus Rademacher has years of practical experience in the field of personnel management and human resources. He is a consultant for various companies and recruitment agencies and operates worldwide. In addition to his volunteer work in helping to find work for disadvantaged people in Germany, is another focus of his business activities, the optimization of schools and training schemes for the European labor market in the Baltic States.
